Tiffanie Thomas Hometown: Indianapolis, IN Experience: 5 years yoga, entire life on the water Q: If you could practice SUP yoga anywhere in the world where would it be?   Maui, its so beautiful, the waves would add to the challenge and I just love the deep blue water! "I have always loved all water activities since I was very little, and in the last 4 years discovered my passion for yoga which has allowed me to be present and live every day to the fullest.  I couldn't be more excited to join the popsup team and enjoy both of my passions in one with SUP yoga!"

Kayla Wiest Hometown: Phoenix, AZ Experience: 5 yrs in yoga Q: If you could practice SUP Yoga anywhere in the world, where would it be? Maldives, its blue lagoons are breathtaking and Asia has been at the top of my list for a while! Kayla completed her 200-hour certification through Southwest Institute of Healing Arts just before moving to Seattle at the end of 2014. Kayla's classes are accessible to both new and experienced students as she builds upon basic postures with plenty of opportunities to go further and deepen the sensation. Kayla challenges her students to look at falling in the water as a celebration. Falling in means that students have gone beyond their comfort zone to try something new and got right back up to try again. Kayla believes that SUP Yoga parallels many of life's tougher lessons. Out there, water is reality. There's no negotiating its conditions, embracing them is far more powerful and a practice that students can take with them off of the board and out into the world.

Erin Douglass Hometown: Redondo Beach, CA Experience: 8 years in yoga, SUP n00b Q: If you could practice SUP yoga anywhere in the world, where would it be?    A moonlit lake in the middle of nowhere surrounded by trees, wild flowers, and string lights.   "I love yoga because it's one of the few things that is able to help me find my center and chill out.  Also, like a cat, I love stretching.  What feels better than a good stretch? Nothing!  Additionally, I love the water and love to swim so it won't be an issue when I repeatedly fall off my paddle-board!  If I, the clumsiest human in the Pacific Northwest, can do popSUP then so can you!  It's gonna be a blast!"
